“It’s always been a race against time to eat my fresh bananas before they’d go brown. Over the years, I’ve tried various methods to keep my bananas looking yellow, such as duct tape, Saran Wrap and tin foil. I wasn’t getting results,” says Sean Adler, founder of Nana Hats.
