Made-It-Myself Ramp Lift Larry Goodman, Ionia, Mich.: “I purchased a trailer to haul my mower, but the 4-ft. ramp was on too much of an angle to load. The mower deck was too low, so I installed a bracket on the ramp with a scissor jack to raise it.” Using a battery-powered impact with an extension, he can raise the ramp and load the tractor. “It works great,” says Goodman.
